By the river, a confluence of leisure, commerce and livin

On the edge of the river, and steps from No. 1 River Landing’s entrance, a new public realm takes shape – the dynamic cornerstone of a rejuvenated waterfront that is River Landing. At its centre, a new animated plaza, designed for year-round activity. And surrounding it: the latest edition of Groupe Germain's Alt Hotel, and two Class A office buildings. Commerce and leisure, right in your backyard.
